Challenge

One of Sputnik client's CreDec - a prominent FinTech player, recognised the need to improve their B2B website's user experience. We partnered with them to overhaul the site, focusing on intuitive navigation and user-friendly features to better serve their business clientele.

 

Approach

I started by creating detailed sitemaps of the current system. This involved visualising the existing structure, including all pages, their hierarchy, and how users navigate between them.

Next, I developed suggested sitemaps. These maps reflected the planned improvements, focusing on streamlined navigation, intuitive information architecture, and easy access to key functionalities.

 

Then, I crafted user flows showcasing the redesigned journeys. These illustrated a smoother user experience, where users can effortlessly accomplish their goals.

 

 

In a final stage, I designed low fidelity wireframes for each screen focusing on page information and ease of use. These wireframes served as a blueprint for the user interface, mapping out the layout and functionality of each screen. They served as canvas for designers to produce high fidelity mockups and for the development team to understand the flow of user journey and the order of execution.
