RAM Assist is a fleet management solution with a wide range of tools to help drivers to manage their vehicles from vehicle checks, MOTs, fuel efficiencies to other daily tasks. In order to improve current offering, the business invested in building a brand new product - Job Assist.

Challenge

The scope of the project was to define and develop a brand new SaaS B2B product – Job Management system that allows fleet managers to create jobs for drivers; and for drivers to complete their jobs via mobile app.

 

Approach

At the very first stage, together with other stakeholders we defined the business objectives, requirements from other parts of business, strategy as well as MVP for soft launch.In the first stage, the key task was to define the vision, strategy and the requirements. Also at this stage the structure of the system was decided upon. During this process all stakeholders were involved to ensure the requirements from different parts of business are captured.

Then the concept wireframes were created, which then went through multiple iterations to ensure they fit in within MVP strategy.

Once the wireframes were finalised, I used Figma and Adobe XD to develop high-fidelity mockups.

As a part of the project, user journey for mobile users was defined and mobile designs were created.

 

 

Result

Job Assist was soft launched in September 2022 and it immediately attracted customer attention within its niche, which resulted in hundreds of active subscribers in the first few months.
